Thank you for choosing our one-on-one session on becoming your own home care agency. We appreciate your interest in our services. Please read our non-refund policy carefully:

1. General Policy:
a. We do not offer refunds for our one-on-one sessions on becoming your own home care agency, except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
b. All sales are final.

2. Exceptions:
a. Refunds will only be provided if the session is canceled by us due to unavoidable reasons or if we are unable to conduct the session as scheduled.
b. If we are unable to fulfill our commitment of providing the agreed-upon number of calls and emails for the duration of one month, a pro-rated refund will be considered.

3. Refund Procedure:
a. If a refund is approved under the exceptions mentioned above, it will be processed within 3-5 days from the date of cancellation or non-availability of sessions.
b. Refunds will be initiated using the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.

4. Cancellation by Participants:
a. Once the session has begun, no refunds will be provided for any cancellations made by the participant.
b. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate a rescheduled session.
